PEA PICKIN CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines golden batter cake mix
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1 sm. can mandarin oranges juice and all

Mix all ingredients at medium speed and pour into greased 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Frost with pineapple frosting when cool.

PINEAPPLE FROSTING:

1 lg. tub Cool Whip
1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple juice and all

Mix pineapple and dry instant pudding together and fold in Cool Whip. Frost cake and refrigerate overnight. Keeps moist 2 to 3 days.
