LOW CHOLESTEROL PIE CRUST 
2 c. flour
Salt (opt.)
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. Wesson or Puritan oil

Into medium bowl put flour and salt. Into measuring cup put oil. To the oil add the milk. Stir briskly and add to flour, mix quickly. Roll between wax paper. Remove top paper and invert over pie tin allowing dough to settle in while removing the second wax paper. For pie shells, prick the dough with a fork. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Makes 2 (9 inch) pie shells.
