TUNA LOAF | |
2 (7 oz.) cans drained, flaked tuna 1 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs 1 can cream of celery soup 2 lightly beaten eggs 2 tbsp. minced onion Combine tuna, crumbs, soup, eggs, and onion. Pack lightly in greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour. Serve with Quick Cream Sauce (blend 1 can cream of celery soup, 1/3 cup milk; heat). Yield 6 servings. |
