LOW CHOLESTEROL PIE CRUST 
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
6 oz. safflower oil
7 1/2 tbsp. ice water

Put 3 cups flour in mixing bowl, add salt. Measure oil in cup and add water. Beat with fork and add to flour, using fork, combine ingredients. Pinch off half of dough, roll out between waxed paper - line pie pan. This makes 1 top and 1 bottom or 2 bottom crusts.
