LOW-CHOLESTEROL PIE CRUST | |
2 1/4 c. flour 1/2 tsp. sugar 1/2 c. skim milk 1/2 c. + 1 tbsp. oil Mix flour and sugar. Add oil to milk but don't stir. Add all at once to flour mixture. Mix together. Divide dough into two parts. Roll between 2 pieces of wax paper. Makes a super, slightly flaky, slightly sweet crust. |
