PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1 can (20 oz.) Dole crushed unsweetened pineapple
4 slices cubed bread
1 stick butter

Beat sugar, flour and eggs. Add pineapple with juice. Pour into 2 quart buttered casserole.

Melt butter in pot. Stir in bread until all butter is soaked up. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake 1 hour, 350 degrees. Serves 8.
