MEXICAN SALAD 
1 head lettuce
1 lb. rat cheese, grated
1 (15 oz.) can ranch style beans, chilled
2 tomatoes, diced
1/2 onion, chopped finely
3/4 bottle Catalina dressing, chilled
1 med. sized pkg. Fritos, crunched

Prepare lettuce as for tossed salad. Drain and wash chilled beans. Add tomatoes, onions, cheese and dressing. Chill. Just before serving add Fritos. Yum.
