MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cream style corn
2/3 c. salad oil
1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
2 tbsp. green peppers, chopped
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients in order given. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
