FRENCH MARKET GRILLE PEANUT
BUTTER PIE
 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. whipped topping
12 oz. peanut butter
2 tbsp. vanilla
2 (9 inch) graham cracker crusts

GARNISH:

Lightly salted peanuts, coarsely chopped
Caramel ice cream topping
Whipped cream

Whip cream cheese 10 minutes with mixer until smooth. Add powdered sugar, continue to mix 10 more minutes. Blend in whipped topping, peanut butter and vanilla, mix another 5 minutes. Pour into crusts. FREEZE for 2 hours.

To garnish: sprinkle with nuts and then drizzle warmed caramel topping over and then top with whipped cream.
