PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
1 (12 oz.) jar peanut butter
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 deep dish or 2 regular graham cracker crusts (may use cookie crusts)

Soften ice cream. Mix with peanut butter and Cool Whip. Pour into crust and freeze at least 8 hours. Serve with chopped peanuts, additional Cool Whip, and chocolate sauce.
