DIABETIC PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES | |
8 graham crackers, crushed 2 tbsp. peanut butter 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 3 med. egg yolks 1 tsp. milk Combine cracker crumbs and peanut butter. Then add sweetener and baking powder. Add egg yolks and milk and mix well. Divide into 8 (1 inch) cookies and press with fork to flatten. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 8 cookies. 1 cookie = 1/2 bread, 1/2 meat, 71 calories. |
