EASY CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER

1 box Ritz crackers
1 jar peanut butter
Merckens milk chocolate melting wafers (in bulk dept.)

Melt chocolate wafers in microwave on low temperature or in double boiler over low heat on stove. Spread peanut butter generously on a cracker, dip in melted chocolate and set on wax paper to dry. Keep in cool place. Optional: Dark chocolate wafers also can be used if preferred. Yield: 4 dozen.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
