DIABETIC PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
2 graham crackers
2 tbsp. peanut butter
1 tablet (1/4 grain) saccharin
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. milk
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Blend graham crackers with peanut butter. Dissolve saccharin tablet in 1 tablespoon of water. Add this to the baking powder. Mix well. Add egg yolk and mix thoroughly. Mix in the milk and form balls. Place on a cookie sheet, press flat with a fork and bake in a 350 degree oven for approximately 10 minutes.
