LARGE FAMILY BURRITO
3 to 4 lb. ground beef
2 cups water
2 pkgs. burrito seasoning (McCormick, Lawry's or Old El Paso)
3 (15 oz. ea.) cans refried beans
1/4 tsp. Cajun seasoning (I like "Slap Ya Mama" - optional)
15 (8-inch diameter) Tortilla shells (more or less)

Recommended Toppings:

dairy sour cream
grated cheese
chopped lettuce
chopped tomatoes
chopped onions
picante sauce

Brown ground beef in stock pot or large pan, add enough water to keep from burning the meat. Pour ground beef into colander and allow to drain.

Using the same pan you cooked the meat in, pour 2 cups of water, stir in burrito seasoning, Cajun seasoning (if desired) and refried beans. Mixture should be thick. Stir meat into mixture, heat to simmer.

Tip: Heat Tortilla shells for easier roll up.

Assembling the Best Burrito:

In order: 1 teaspoon of sour cream on shell, grated cheese, chopped lettuce, chopped tomato, chopped onion and meat mixture. Top with picante sauce and roll up.

Makes approximately 15 burritos.
