3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. cocoa powder
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup (1 stick) + 2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 cups cold water

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix together flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cocoa. Add vinegar, vanilla, butter and water. Mix well.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until cake tests done.

Note: No frosting is needed, ingredients will make its own frosting.
