CRAZY CAKE ICING | |
1 1/2 tbsp. all-purpose flour 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup milk 4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter, melted 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 cup coconut flakes 1/2 cup chopped pecans In a saucepan add flour and sugar and mix together so there are no lumps of flour. Add milk and melted butter. Over medium heat cook until thickened (you must stir constantly). When it is thickened remove from heat and stir in vanilla. coconut and pecans.
