CHOCOLATE AND PEANUT BUTTER
COOKIES
 
1 lg. box Ritz crackers
1 jar crunchy or creamy peanut butter
2 pkg. chocolate almond bark

Make sandwich cookies by spreading peanut butter between 2 Ritz crackers. In a double boiler, melt chocolate. Dip Ritz sandwiches into chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drain off.

Place cookies onto waxed paper to cool. (If waxed paper is not used, cookies will stick to any other surface and will bread apart when picked up.)
