YORKSHIRE PUDDING 
2 eggs
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter or roast beef droppings

Lightly beat eggs; beat in flour and salt. Stir in milk and mix to a smooth batter (do not beat too much). Add butter or droppings. Let batter stand 1 hour, covered, before baking. Ladle hot droppings into heavy iron pan (put pan in 425 to 450 degree oven). Pour batter into pan and bake 25 to 30 minutes until puffy and golden. Serve with roast beef.
