1 c. milk, at room temperature
3 eggs, at room temperature
1 c. flour

Beat eggs until foamy. Add flour and continue beating. Add milk and continue beating until smooth. Have a thin layer of bacon grease in muffin tins, heating in oven. When grease is just hot, pour in mixture and return to oven. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve as a bread with roast beef and gravy.
