CREAM OF GREEN BEAN OR BROCCOLI
SOUP
 
1 lb. green beans or broccoli
2 lg. carrots
2 lg. potatoes
1 onion
6 cloves garlic
1 tsp. vinegar
3 to 4 c. chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh dill
1 lg. sour cream

Cut up all vegetables and boil gently for 30 minutes in broth. Mash vegetables with potato ricer or large fork. Add vinegar and sour cream. Serves 6 to 8.
