GINGER GRILLED SHRIMP 
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. chopped scallions
2 tbsp. sesame oil
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 tbsp. minced fresh ginger root
Pinch of ground red pepper
1 lb. med. shrimp, shelled and deveined

1. In a medium bowl, combine the soy sauce, scallions, oil, garlic, ginger, and pepper. Stir in the shrimp and coat well. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

2. Preheat the broiler or prepare the grill. Thread the shrimp on skewers. Broil or grill until the shrimp turn pink and are opaque in the center.
