TOMATO GRAVY 
1/2 lb. hot pork sausage
1 tbsp. dried onion flakes
1/3 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1/2 c. flour
1/3 tsp. salt
3 c. milk, divided

Mix (Jimmy Dean) sausage, onion flakes, Ro-Tel and salt together in a pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring until sausage is done. Add flour and 1 cup milk and stir until lumps are gone. Add the remaining 2 cups milk and stir frequently until gravy thickens. Serve over hot biscuits.

Yields 4 servings.
