TOMATO GRAVY 
Fry enough fat back or bacon to have about 3 tablespoons of fat; add enough flour to absorb the grease and brown well; add 1 can tomatoes and enough water to make thick gravy. Salt and pepper to taste.

I love this recipe but I have learned to make a few adjustments. I use fresh tomatoes, they're more tasty might I add plus cheaper and healthier! I have also added a few things to really spice the flavor and enhance that bacon taste your looking for! I also add onion I fry it with the bacon! Yummy!
