YOGURT VINAIGRETTE 
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard (substitute prepared if you don't have dried)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
5 tbsp. oil
5 tbsp. yogurt
1 tsp. finely minced garlic

Put all ingredients in a jar or bottle and shake vigorously. Fresh or dried herbs may be added, to taste. Makes approximately 3/4 cup.
