OATMEAL, PEANUT BUTTER,
CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
 
2 c. quick cooking oatmeal
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

In another bowl, with mixer at medium speed, beat until smooth:

1 c. peanut butter
3/4 c. butter

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar

Blend, then beat in:

2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Chill dough until you can shape it into balls. Flatten with a wet fork. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 8-12 minutes.
