MEXICAN WEDDING CAKES 
1 c. butter (softened)
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour (unsifted)
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts

Preheat at 325 degrees. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Blend in flour, salt and nuts until dough hold together. Shape into balls. Place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until tan but not brown. Cool slightly and roll in confectioners' sugar. Cool completely and roll in sugar again.
