MEXICAN WEDDING CAKES 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cream butter and sugar. Add flour slowly. Mix. Then add nuts and vanilla. Let chill well. Roll into balls. Bake at about 300 or 350 degrees to a light brown. When cooled roll in confectioners' sugar.
