CHEESECAKE 
2 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 (15 oz.) Ricotta cheese
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter (room temperature)
3 tbsp. flour, 3 tbsp. cornstarch (or 4 tbsp. flour)
2 tsp. vanilla
2 graham cracker pie crusts

1. Break up pie crusts and cover bottom of 9 inch spring form pan that has been sprayed with Pam.

2. Beat together cream cheese, sour cream and Ricotta.

3. Add butter, sugar, eggs and beat.

4. Add flour and or cornstarch and vanilla. Beat all ingredients for 5 minutes on high speed.

5. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour then turn oven off and let sit in hot oven for 1 hour. (Do Not Open oven door.) Cool and refrigerate.
