MARINATED BEEF SHORT RIBS | |
3 lb. beef short ribs 1 tbsp. dry mustard 1 tbsp. warm water 3 tbsp. wine vinegar 1/4 c. olive oil 1 tbsp. instant minced onion 1 tbsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder 1/2 tsp. minced garlic 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper Trim fat from meat, cut into serving size pieces. Place in bowl. Combine mustard and water. Let stand 10 minutes. Add vinegar, oil, onion, salt, pepper, chili powder, garlic and cayenne pepper. Pour over ribs. Refrigerate 12 hours. Turn once. Remove from marinade and place in roasting pan. Roast 450 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and pour marinade over ribs. Cover pan and roast 325 degrees 1 hour, baste occasionally. |
