BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE 
10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. instant rice
10 3/4 oz.) can cream soup (celery, mushrooms, etc.)
1/2 c. milk
8 oz. jar Cheez Whiz or 10 3/4 oz. can cheese soup
Chopped onion to taste or 1 can Durkee onions
2 tbsp. butter
1/2-1 c. grated cheese

Combine together broccoli, rice, cream soup, milk, cheese spread and onions. Pour into buttered casserole or baking dish. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with grated cheese and bake 15 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
