BROCCOLI/CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen winter vegetable mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Durkee fried onions
1/4 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Mix vegetables and soup. Add sour cream and half of the cheese and half of the onions. Bake for 30 minutes in a 350 degrees oven. Top remaining onions and cheese. Bake 5 to 10 minutes until a bubbly brown.
