TURKEY AND RICE WRAPS 
1/2 lb. thin-sliced deli turkey breast (or slice from leftovers)
2 cups cooked brown rice
1 lb. bacon, cooked
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Lay out turkey slices. Top each with brown rice, a slice of bacon (or turkey bacon) and shredded cheese. Roll up and close with a toothpick.

Bake on foil covered cookie sheet at 350°F for 6 to 8 minutes until cheese melted.

Variation: Add vegetables to rice for extra flavor.
