MEAT CRUST PIZZA | |
16 oz. raw ground turkey 4 slices low calorie bread, dried and crushed 2 tbsp. onion powder 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. Lite salt (optional) 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. oregano Mix and press into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Then add topping. TOPPING: 6 to 8 oz. no salt tomato paste 4 oz. Mozzarella cheese 1/2 tsp. basil Suggested vegetable toppings: Mushrooms, onions and green peppers. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. This recipe is LOW in fat and cholesterol for those that are diet conscious. |
