PIE CRUST PIZZA 
3 c. cooked rice
3 egg whites
4 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 c. tomato sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic
1 lb. ground beef, browned and well drained
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
1 c. cherry tomatoes, quartered

In medium bowl combine rice, egg whites, and Mozzarella; spread evenly on the bottom and sides of greased pan, 12 or 13 inch pizza pan or two 9 inch pans. Press mixture firmly to form crust. Bake crust in preheated 450 degree oven for 20 minutes. Top with sauce, hamburger, and vegetables. Return to oven for 10 minutes until thoroughly warmed and cheese is bubbly. 12 servings.
