CHICKEN IN WINE SAUCE 
6 chicken breasts (1/2 breasts)
1/2 c. olive oil
1 lg. onion, minced
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
2 med. tomatoes, chopped
1 c. dry white wine

In big pot brown chicken in olive oil until golden brown. Sprinkle with onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Add tomatoes and wine. Simmer 30 minutes or until chicken is tender. 6 servings.
