BEEF AND POTATO CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 med. onion 1 sm. bell pepper 6 med. potatoes 1 can cream of mushroom soup Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 1. Brown meat, onion and peppers; drain off fat. 2. While meat is browning, peel and slice potatoes in round slices. 3. Boil potatoes until tender; drain off all water. 4. Pour 1 can cream of mushroom soup into beef mixture and stir well. 5. Salt and season to taste. 6. Add potatoes to mixture and then pour all into casserole dish and bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. |
