BEEF-POTATO-CARROT CASSEROLE 
3 lg. potatoes
6 carrots
1 onion
1 lb. ground meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 lb. grated cheese

Brown meat; drain. In deep dish layer slices potatoes and carrots; top with chopped onion. Add a layer of ground meat. Re-layer each vegetable, top with remainder of ground meat. Pour soups over meat and vegetables. Cover with grated cheese. Cover dish and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees. Bake until potatoes and carrots are done.
