BEEF AND POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion (chopped)
2 potatoes (peeled and sliced)
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 eggs
1 c. plain yogurt

Brown beef and onions in a large skillet. Drain fat. Add potatoes, tomato sauce and garlic salt. Heat 5 minutes. Place in casserole dish. Beat eggs in a medium bowl. Stir in yogurt. Spread over meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
