ARTICHOKE-CHILI DIP 
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (4 oz.) can green chili peppers, rinsed, seeded and chopped
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
Dippers such as pita wedges or tortilla chips

In a small mixing bowl combine artichokes, cheese, peppers and mayonnaise or salad dressing.

Transfer mixture to an 8 inch round baking dish. Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven about 20 minutes or until heated through. Serve warm with dippers. Makes about 2 2/3 cups.

Microwave directions: Prepare dip as directed, except transfer mixture to an 8 inch microwave-safe baking dish. Micro-cook, uncovered, on 70% power (medium- high) 4 to 6 minutes or until heated through, stirring once. Stir just before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
