ARTICHOKE - CHILI DIP 
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 (4 oz.) can green chili peppers, rinsed, seeded, and chopped
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing

Combine chopped artichoke hearts, chopped chili peppers, cheese, and mayonnaise (or salad dressing). Place mixture into an 8 inch round baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until heated through. Serve warm with tortilla chips or bread sticks, etc.
