GREEN CHILI - ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 lg. can artichokes, drained
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
1 (7 oz.) can green chilies, diced
6 tbsp. mayonnaise
About 2 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese

Chop up artichokes and chilies. Mix together. Spread mayonnaise on top. Spread cheese on top of mayonnaise. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or microwave on high for 4 minutes. Serve hot with tortilla chips.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
