ARTICHOKE AND GREEN CHILI DIP 
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts
1 (4 oz.) can green chiles, chopped and drained
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 c. mayonnaise

Combine all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with tortilla or corn chips.

I've made this several times for parties and it's always a favorite. It is so easy to make. I add a small package of frozen spinach (thawed and drained). It's even great by itself and reheats well.
