APRICOT SURPRISE 
2 (6 oz.) pkgs. apricot Jello
2 c. boiling water
8 oz. softened cream cheese
2 jr. size baby jars of fruit (Fruit Dessert or apricot)
1 can Eagle Brand milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
Chopped pecans

Dissolve the Jello in the boiling water. Add cream cheese, fruit and milk. Top with Cool Whip and pecans.
