APRICOT JELLO 
1 #2 can crushed pineapple
2 pkg. apricot Jello
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 jars apricot baby food with tapioca
2 c. water
Medium Cool Whip

Heat to boiling pineapple, undrained. Add Jello, then baby food, cream cheese and sugar. Stir until all melted, then cool. Then take Cool Whip and fold in. Let set overnight.
