CABBAGE CASSEROLE | |
1 head cabbage, chopped, cooked & drained 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened & cubed 1/2 c. milk 1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs Put cooked cabbage in bottom of greased casserole dish. Combine other ingredients and simmer until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth. Pour over cabbage and top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. |
