MIXED VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can French fried onion rings

Brown ground beef and onion in large skillet. Cook mixed vegetables until tender crisp. Drain vegetables. Mix tomato sauce and vegetables in skillet with ground beef or can be baked in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees until casserole is bubbly, about 30 minutes. Top with French fried onion rings and bake about 10 minutes longer.
