1 box yellow cake mix
1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 (6 oz.) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 bar German sweet chocolate, grated
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
8 oz. sour cream

Grate chocolate bar (save a small amount to sprinkle on top of cake). Mix cake, pudding, water, oil, eggs, and sour cream. Add chocolate chips and grated chocolate by hand. Bake at 350 degrees until cake pulls away, 35 to 55 minutes, from pan.

ICING:

1 box confectionery sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Cream butter and cheese slowly. Add sugar, nuts and vanilla. Mix well and frost cake. Top with remaining grated chocolate.
