CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE | |
1 box Super Moist or Pillsbury Plus Yellow cake mix (do not use Duncan Hines) 1 c. water 1/3 c. vegetable oil 3 eggs 1 c. chopped walnuts 1 c. mini semi-sweet chips Follow directions for cake on back of box. Reducing water by 1/4 cup. Mix according to directions. Add walnuts last 10 seconds of mixing. Grease and flour tube or bundt cake pan. Pour a little bit of the batter into the bottom of cake pan. Sprinkle a few of chips on top of batter. Do this 2 more times. Sprinkle remaining chips on top of cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top of cake when cooled. |
