2 lg. pkgs. Pillsbury chocolate chips rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 egg

Slice one pack chocolate chip rolls and spread over bottom of 9"x13" pan. Soften cream cheese, beat in sugar, add egg; mix well. Pour mixture over chocolate chips rolls in pan. Smooth out. Slice and smooth our second pack chocolate chip roll and cover cream cheese mixture. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
