BLACK RUSSIAN CHOCO - CHIP CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow pudding - in - cake mix
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. instant coffee powder
1/2 c. vodka
1/2 c. semi - sweet chocolate mini - chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Grease and flour 10 inch tube pan. Mix all ingredients except chips and nuts. Beat vigorously for 2 minutes. Stir in nuts and chips. Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees until toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean. Cool and invert onto serving plate.

GLAZE:

1/2 c. water
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. vodka
1/4 c. kahlua

Melt butter in sauce pan. Stir in water and sugar. Boil 5 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in liqueur. Prick top and sides of cake with toothpick. Drizzle glaze over cake until all is absorbed.
